We are a small sized and modern management consulting company. The consulting company was founded in March 2008 by the two managing directors Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Daniel Kurzius and Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Thorsten Kurzius.
Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Daniel Kurzius has many years experience in the areas of quality management and continuous improvement in the automotive and the aerospace and defense industry and is a trained 1st & 2nd party auditor for ISO 19011, 1st & 2nd party auditor in accordance with DIN EN 9100. He also is a certified Lean Practitioner and Six Sigma Green Belt. He has extensive knowledge in the context of the EASA regulations and is a certified trainer for requirements of the Federal Aviation Agency. Furthermore, he has practical experience from more than 100 guided and facilitated by Lean events, Six Sigma projects and Kaizen events.
Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Thorsten Kurzius has many years experience in the areas of quality management and supply chain management in the automotive, the railroad and the aerospace industry. He is also trained 1st & 2nd party auditor to ISO / TS 16949 and DIN EN ISO 17025:2005 (calibration & test) and has extensive knowledge of APQP, PPAP and FMEA. In addition to this, he has practical experience with the EFQM self-assessments and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
